What is an Individual order?

Individual — any new product or product created on the basis of a jewelry / product from the site, which contains the following changes:

- the shape/size of the insert or its absence, as well as the type of setting;

- changing the characteristics of the width/thickness or other parameters;

Order a unique jewelry

1. Form an order

- idea (photo, sketch, text)
- product material: type of precious metal (only gold or platinum), stones
- exact size

2. We calculate the approximate cost and production time

First of all, we create a sketch and a 3D model. The cost of the sketch is $60, the 3D model is also $60. This stage includes: discussion, correction and approval of the final version. If in the process of working on your order there is a request for fundamental changes to the idea/sketch/3D model, this may involve additional costs. Advance payment - 50% of the cost of the jewelry (after approval of the 3D model)

3. Approval

We announce the calculated terms and price, and if everything suits you, we begin production.

4. Craft

We make jewelry within the announced period. On average, the production period is 1.5-2 months.

5. Photo

We send a photo of the finished piece of jewelry immediately upon completion of manufacturing and specify the method of paying the rest of the amount and receiving the product.

6. Delivery

We deliver in various ways within Ukraine and abroad. More about delivery in the section Info.

Production time from 1,5-2 months.

We do not make copies of other jewellery brands or craftsmen. We also avoid creating religious jewellery (church crosses, etc.), because we are convinced that only specialized workshops should craft such products.

In some cases, we are ready for the option when you want to leave your jewellery in a single copy. The conditions of such orders must be discussed from the start, and photos of jewellery will not be published. The price, in this case, will be higher.
