1. The easiest way is to use a measuring tape. If you don't have one, use a strip of paper or a thread. Wrap it around your wrist in the place where you usually wear your bracelet.

2. If you used a strip of paper or thread, mark the end of the strip and measure its length with a ruler. This will be your wrist size. 

3. The table below shows the wrist size and the recommended size for a particular type of bracelet to ensure a comfortable fit. There should always be a free space between the bracelet and the wrist, but the range will vary depending on the product model. Usually, the gap is 1-2 cm (2 fingers should fit).
