How long does it take to make the jewelry piece in order?

Typical production timing for our jewelry is between 4 and 6 weeks. But also don't forget that some pieces we have in stock. 

Is it possible to make a certain model with a different metal or a gemstone?

Yes, you can order a copy of a certain piece with other details (metal, gem, size). Please contact us first, so that we could discuss your order.

Do you offer engraving services?

Yes! However, not every piece can be engraved, so each case should be discussed with one of our managers. The engraving can be made for jewelry pieces that are made on order. The price for engraving is listed below:

  • * 1 Letter — $15
  • * 1 Word / Date — $30
  • * 1 Phrase — $45
  • * 1 Symbol — $60

All your pieces are handcrafted?

Each jewelry piece is made by us from the very beginning to the end. This approach allows us to control the manufacturing process and maintain high-quality products. Design, casting, creating jewelry, processing with decorative coatings, and fixing gems — all are done in one workshop. 


What should I do if the ring size doesn’t fit?

Most of our made-to-order models are not resizable, but in certain cases, we can resize a ring or make a new ring as a replacement for a nominal fee.
If a ring that you purchased from stock doesn’t fit the finger, we are able to offer free of charge replacement of the same model in the size you need. This can be made if the required gem is in stock and the model can be remade.

What is the cost of repair/resizing?

— The cost of repairs depends on the damage. We are only able to determine the exact cost of repairs after an examination of the piece at our workshop.
— The cost of resizing depends on the model.

What should I do if a stone falls out or a piece is damaged?

We are always ready to repair jewelry that has been damaged, deformed, or if a stone has fallen out. The cost of repairs depends on the damage and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
All repairs are free if damage has occurred due to a manufacturing defect

Will I be charged sales tax on purchase?

Yes, we charge NJ sales tax.

Do you have a shop that I could visit?

Yes, we would be happy to see you in our showroom. We are located at 37 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Credit and debit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover. If you want to pay the order on the website, you will be redirected to to make a secure payment. 

2. PayPal. You can checkout securely on using your PayPal account. Simply choose PayPal as your payment method on the checkout page to complete your purchase. You will be directed to your Paypal login page to access your account securely.

3. Cash. You have the option to pay with cash in our showroom. Our physical address is 37 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ.

Do you provide certificates for your gems?

The gems in our jewelry do not typically come with certificates. All of our suppliers are professional gemologists and we are confident in the quality of the gems that we work with. If you are interested in buying diamond jewelry then it’s ok to do it with or without a certificate. In order to ensure that the diamonds in our jewelry are natural, we partner with certified suppliers and use special equipment to determine the authenticity of each stone.
We believe that a certificate is worth acquiring for any diamond with a weight of 0.3 carats or more. The most common and prestigious certificates that we can provide are:

International: GIA, HRD
Regional: USGC, IGI, IGL

May I return an engraved item?

Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned


Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $300 will be shipped for free via UPS Ground shipping to the shipping address on the original order. The order will generally be delivered within two to seven (2 to 7) business days from the shipment date. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like expedited delivery. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Shipping is available exclusively in the United States. Please use the international page on our website for international shipping.

Is there a need for signature confirmation?

Upon delivery, a signature confirmation by a person of 21+ years is required for all orders above $1000. You acknowledge that any person taking delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.

Can I change the shipping address after the order confirmation?

Any changes to the shipping address after it has been confirmed by email will incur an additional fee(s).

Do the shipments carry any insurance?

All shipments carry insurance from a third party vendor during the transportation process.
