Fastnet — pendant made of oxidized silver
Fastnet is a small rocky island in southern Ireland. It is the tallest lighthouse in the country, offering a bright greeting to ocean travellers as they enter Irish waters. In 1985, a 48-meter wave fell on the lighthouse. In spite of the incredible power of this natural phenomenon, the lighthouse stood firm.
Since then, Fastnet has served as a symbol of travel, strength of will and invincibility in the face of the elements. Its resilience and worthy struggle inspired us to create a beautiful pendant of the same name.
The front of the pendant bears a depiction of the very same majestic lighthouse, which stands proudly against the dark waves of the ocean. The back side of the pendant resembles a compass, featuring a ship and the traditional symbols of the world’s four corners.
Crafted from oxidised silver.
