Description

We started spreading the art of jewellery as we see it from the Carpathians. The high mountains, towering up to the very shoulders of heaven, revealed the intricacies of colours and forms. The bright and crisp morning mists have left a cool imprint in our craft. The deviously winding passes showed us that there are no correct shapes in perfection.

In nature, we found both inspiration and our mission, and new discoveries continue to unfold to this day.

The «Carpathian Bear» pendant. A form of nature’s self-expression in our jewellery. In the Carpathians, the bear does not have the role of a predator. It is, first and foremost, a defender. It guards the dreams of the trees, it plays hide-and-go-seek in the morning rain, it is covered with leaves and the rays of the sun.

We will not magnify its good sides or underplay its negative ones. It is a beast filled with duality: Immense strength and motherly tenderness, kindness and fury, softness and fierce power.

It is a child of nature, and nature has its own concept of perfection.

The well-known Anglo-Saxon Beowulf is not a wolf, as is commonly believed. The name «Beowulf» can be translated as «bee-wolf», meaning a brown bear. The brown bear is revered in many countries and considered to be among the most powerful of totems.

We believe the «Carpathian Bear» carries the energy of the mountain ranges and dense forests. It creates a sense of protection and comfort. It is good and justice, it opposes evil forces and always emerges triumphant.

The «Carpathian Bear» pendant is made of silver. The forests, trees and leaves are closely intertwined in the bear’s image. Take a look at the photo and you will feel it quite clearly, as if the pendant were already sitting gently on your chest.
